The Bee Mindful app for iOS was created with the intention to offer greater access for all to experience and receive the healing benefits of Yoga Nidra, a sleep-based mindfulness meditation practice. Yoga Nidra has been proven to support healing on a deep physical, mental, and spiritual level, and is currently being used in treating the symptoms of PTSD, insomnia, and cancer. This accessible practice allows us to effortlessly release deep held tensions and unhealthy patterns by learning to still the busy mind and effortlessly going directly to the root of the issues arising.

Use this meditation during times of high stress or when you’re feeling run down. This meditation will support your body’s natural ability to heal itself by strengthening the immune system and assisting in pain management. Our bodies hear everything our mind says.
