The Bee Mindful Deck includes a total of 31 cards, each offering a unique mindfulness practice, with a corresponding booklet. The cards are based on mindfulness practices that have been empirically shown to reduce stress and anxiety, ease depression, and increase empathy, compassion, and curiosity.

What is Mindfulness?

Put simply, mindfulness is the practice of being present in each moment so that we may build the capacity to fully show up for ourselves and each other. When we are able to remain present, we can begin to create more purposeful joy in our lives, relationships, and the world.
